IDEX Consulting are partnering with one of the UK's most exciting technology-led wealth businesses as they look to appoint a Head of Compliance to support the next phase of their growth journey.

The business has achieved over 50% year-on-year growth and is redefining how financial advice is delivered through technology, automation and innovation. This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and work directly alongside the founder to shape the future compliance strategy of the firm.

This role is designed to transition into an SMF16 position and will suit an ambitious compliance professional looking to step into a genuine leadership role within a high-growth environment.

🔹 Build and evolve a scalable compliance framework that supports rapid growth

🔹 Partner closely with senior leadership and product teams as new technology and propositions are launched

🔹 Help shape governance, risk and regulatory strategy in a business where technology is central to the client journey

🔹 Lead compliance through the firm's next stage of expansion

What my client is particularly looking for is someone who understands that compliance should enable innovation, not slow it down.

Experience within a WealthTech, FinTech or InsurTech environment would be highly desirable, but equally important is a genuine passion for technology and innovation. You'll be someone who is curious about AI, digital transformation and the future of regulated financial services, and excited by the challenge of building compliance frameworks that keep pace with modern technology-led businesses.
