Job Title: SEN Primary TeacherLocation: Croydon, Greater LondonSalary: Competitive, depending on experience (MPS / UPS + SEN allowance)Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent - September Start 

The Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs, helping them reach their full potential in a supportive and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with SEN

  • Assess, monitor, and track progress, adapting strategies to ensure every child thrives

  • Work closely with parents, colleagues, and external specialists to support children’s development

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

  • Contribute to the school’s SEN provision and participate in relevant planning and reviews

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)

  • Experience teaching children with a range of SEN, ideally in a primary setting

  • Deep understanding of SEND strategies, interventions, and inclusive teaching methods

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives
